Flattening Out Hierarchy

Description

  1. Single reinforced hook: Lift opponent's quad off the ground with diagonal pressure
  2. Two hooks: Standard rear mount position with hooks in
  3. Flat position: Apply chest pressure forward
  4. Combination of crab hook and single hook

Key Point: The goal is to collapse opponent's hips and keep their legs immobile. Progress through these positions to increase control and submission opportunities.
